Question about self-hypnosis.?
I am interested in self-hypnosis and I have a question about inducing it. So, to start do you want to have an induction technique that works good for you (eye fixation, etc.) and then move onto a deepening technique, (Descending staircase technique, etc)? Then once those are complete, do you want to move onto a goal, like past life regression, or finding a soul mate. One you go through that goal, then you bring yourself out of the trance. Is this correct?
