What is meditation? is it pure breathing exercise or some physics involved too?

O buoy i am confused that what is it?
i do that chakra balancing meditation in which u feel rotating colored chakras on diff points of ur spine,,but then i experiment using triangles black in color revolving,,so wats the point of having color,,im sure there is a certain deception involved and its a kind of self hypnosis..also meditation is just a breathing exercise and no energy flows from universe as they deceive u to feel,,i knw its good to have positive deceptions but im not for any kind of deception right now,,also what is TANTRA,,is it pure voodoo and black magic,,i knw its an art but somehow it attracts me,,and i hate myself that i think bou it all the time even when i beleive in science than 10000 year old philosophies and self deception techniques..

    Meditation for most people is a silent mind. I teach it this way because it is relatively easy to achieve. But real meditation goes further than a mere silent mind, it takes the person to a parallel universe where there is no darkness, a whole new world to explore. It took a friend of mine two years to achieve it once. To achieve it sleep needs to arrive while the mind is in silence. This is more difficult than it sounds.

    Tantra is different to meditation but mental concentration is needed for both. Tantra is sex, but not ordinary sex. In tantra there is no orgasm. The sexual energy, rather than spilling onto the bed sheets with ejaculation, is moved up into the heart until there is nothing left in the testicles. Women do it with the sexual energy in their ovaries. Nowadays tantra is becoming more popular and has been given a different name – Karezza. Marnia Robinson and Dr Stanley Bass seem to be the only two non-spiritual authors to have published books about it in recent times. But Gurdjieff, Dalai Lama, Samael Aun Weor, Aristotle and even Lao Tzu have all been known to teach it. The scientific research on tantra can be found in Marnia RobinsonĀ“s book.

  • Chemistry sum-thing:

    Some brain chemicals are being released while you are relaxed to help itself calm down. Your brain is probably processing things in different ways in this state of relaxation. Therefore, the meditation is releasing stress from within. As with the color, the color is so that other parts of the brain could benefit too. the brain is complex. Tantra is a traaaaaaaaaaaaaaap!!!!!!!!

    If enough people tell you convincingly that pink fairies are dancing on your spine, eventually you’ll believe it, and you’ll be able to feel them or see them. Most broadly, meditation is simply focused thought. There is a wide class of exercised aimed at relaxation. They can be helpful reducing harmful effects of excessive stress. I doubt there is such a thing as a ‘positive deception’.
